Whatever Archimonde was doing with his funky green beam and that big tree, it looked sick and wrong. So we killed him to death with axes and flashing lights.

The fight itself was great fun, and obviously a lot easier post-v3.0.2, but still needed a lot of concentration and control, so we're really quite proud of this kill.

Black Temple's pretty easy after the v3.0.2 changes, so we stormed the place last night, clearing up to Illidan, who we plan to kill this evening.

Yes, all 25 of us climbed into Soridormi's DeLorean and travelled back in time to save the World Tree from Archimonde and his evil plans, involving becoming his own father through sexual relations with his own mother while riding a hoverboard on top of a 19th century train. We fought beside Jaina Proudmoore and Thrall as we lay waste to Archie's pet demons Anetheron, Kaz'rogal and Azgalor, picking up some very shiny Tier 6 gloves in the process.





We'll be clearing them again next week so we have some time to go try to kill Archimonde himself, so watch our Raid Progress page to see how we get on with that.

We killed 'im! And before the nerf! In Meus Pardus have now completed our pre-patch objectives and are ready to storm The Battle for Mount Hyjal and Black Temple. We are all Hands of A'dal, even though he doesn't have any hands, only weird crystal things.



Er, also we noticed we hadn't killed Solarian yet, so we went and killed him/her/it too:



We all assembled around A'dal in Shattrath while Saelnír handed in his orby thing and got his ring. Rawr bares.
